European Parliament: Should EU countries be transparent about taxation deals they do with multinational companies?

Should EU countries be transparent about taxation deals they do with multinational companies? Parliament members debate plans for this on Wednesday and vote on them the following day. What do you think?

Countries should be competing on constructive elements: quantity and quality of personnel, their professional and academic training, on transport and telecommunications infrastructure, on efficient and streamlined bureaucracies as well as safety and lack of corruption. Parameters which raise the the quality of life for businesses, but also for the citizens. Taxes should be as low as possible, but uniform across the Union, as it’s a destructive way of competing, which lowers the standards and quality of life, instead of improving them.
